Lunar New Year’s package
at Grand Hilton Seoul Hotel 

Grand Hilton Seoul Hotel is presenting a selection of Lunar New Year packages from Feb. 17 to 22. The Bok (“luck”) Package I includes a one-night stay at a Deluxe Room, a complimentary selfie-stick, and traditional Korean tea for two with a choice of ginger, ginseng, ssanghwa, jujube or yuzu tea. The Bok Package II provides an additional breakfast for two at the buffet restaurant. Free access to the fitness club and swimming pool is also included, along with a 50 percent discount for the sauna. Finally, the Bok Package III offers a stay at the Grand Suite, the serviced residence adjacent to the Grand Hilton Seoul Hotel. It includes a one-night stay in a two-bedroom unit for up to three people and breakfast for three at the buffet restaurant. Sunday grill and buffet
at Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel 

Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel’s signature restaurant Feast will present a wide array of grilled meat dishes along with a sumptuous international buffet every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tenderloin and sirloin will be available as well as seasoned Korean dishes including LA galbi, tteokgalbi and more. Other buffet items at the grill include lamb chops, assorted sausages, grilled chicken and baby skewers, fresh shrimps, and abalone. Available at the carving station will be porchetta, pork stuffed with garlic, rosemary, and other herbs; and schweine haxen, pork hock. An international assortment of cold and hot dishes will also be prepared as well as a Kids’ Corner with cotton candy, mini-burgers, fries, candy and more. The price per person is 85,000 won. Japanese sukiyaki
at Millennium Seoul Hilton Hotel

During the month of February, Millennium Seoul Hilton Hotel’s restaurant Genji is offering a special promotion on sukiyaki, a Japanese-style one-pot meal with thinly sliced beef, vegetables and other ingredients cooked tableside in a warm, nourishing broth. The beef used will be top-quality Korean hanwoo. The Korean Beef Sukiyaki Set is priced at 95,000 won and will include an appetizer, sashimi salad and rice alongside the sukiyaki dish. The Chef Kaiseki Set is priced at 108,000 won and consists of assorted sashimi and an appetizer, clear soup, grilled dish, egg custard, steamed dish, fried dish and vinegar dish along with the sukiyaki and will finish with fresh fruit for dessert. Additionally, Genji offers further Japanese dining with its new sushi bar, teppanyaki tables, tatami rooms and private dining areas in an elegant and contemporary setting. Lunar New Year baskets
at Park Hyatt Seoul

Park Hyatt Seoul’s restaurant Cornerstone is offering special gift sets in celebration of the Lunar New Year from Feb. 2 to 22. The gift sets will include a variety of rare and exquisite Korean specialties as well as premium liquors presented in wooden boxes. The Premium Italian Wine set is priced at 2.6 million won while the Gamhongro set which includes honeycomb, pine nuts and vegetable chips is 240,000 won. The Korean Preserve set with jujube honey, ginger honey, quince honey, mulberry honey and bellflower honey is available for 190,000 won. The Jamon Iberico Bellota set consists of jamon iberico, buckwheat crackers and homemade vegetable pickles and is priced at 170,000 won. The German Craft Beer set is 130,000 won and includes four bottles of German beer along with caramelized pecans, almonds and cashews. Single items are also available.
