Internationally renowned R&B musician Musiq Soulchild will stage a live concert in Seoul on April 19 at the UNIQLO AX Hall in eastern Seoul.

This year’s concert will mark the artist’s second solo performance in Korea, following his first sold-out concert in 2012.

Musiq Soulchild entered the music scene in 2000 with his debut album “Aijuswanaseing,” which quickly went platinum and spotlighted the musician as an emerging star in the world of R&B and soul.

Producing steady hits including “For the Night,” “Love,” “If U Leave,” “B.u.d.d.y.,” “Half Crazy” and “Who Knows” over the last decade,” Musiq Soulchild has won Billboard’s R&B Hip-hop Award four times and been nominated for best male R&B performance at the Grammy Awards 11 times since 2002.

Last year, Musiq Soulchild released his newest album “9INE,” a collaborative project with R&B sensation Syleena Johnson. Featuring R&B ballads spiced up with rhythmic Caribbean reggae, the duo earned kudos with their hit singles “Feel the Fire” and “Alright.”

Tickets for the upcoming concert will go on sale Feb. 24 at 2 p.m. on Interpark and YES24. For more information, visit www.s2enter.com.
