JYP 엔터테인먼트에서 내년 상반기에 새 걸그룹을 데뷔시킬 것으로 보인다.
한 매체가 19일 가요 관계자들을 인용해 보도한 바에 따르면 JYP 엔터테인먼트는 내년에 남자 그룹 2팀과 여자 그룹 1팀을 선보일 예정이라고 한다.
이 중 관심을 끌고 있는 것은 6인조로 알려진 걸그룹인데 관계자들은 이 팀이 “역대 최고의 미모와 실력을 겸비한 팀”이며 “JYP에서 데뷔한 어떤 팀보다 체계적인 트레이닝 시스템을 통해 탄생한 팀이 될 것”이라며 기대를 표하고 있다.
JYP가 걸그룹을 선보이는 것은 2010년 이후 4년만인데다가, 원더걸스가 선예의 결혼, 소희의 소속사 이적으로 활동을 사실상 중단한 상황이라 더욱 관심을 끌고 있다.
새 그룹이 원더걸스, 미쓰에이 등이 거뒀던 성공을 이어갈 수 있을지 여부가 주목된다.

JYP Entertainment, a major talent agency in South Korea, is set to launch a new K-pop girl group next year, local news outlets reported Thursday.
“We are preparing a six-member team, and are aiming to make its debut next year,” a JYP official told Star News. According to the official, the team’s qualifications will be “the best ever.”
Another JPY official said the group is the result of an intense training program that is “more systematic than programs the agency provided for any other team.”
The agency will also introduce two boy bands in 2014.
JYP Entertainment, founded by singer and producer Park Jin-young, has a track record of training and debuting K-pop stars. The company particularly had success with its girl groups, such as Wonder Girls and Miss A.
