Dr. Dre’s concert in Korea has been postponed for the second time, according to an official statement by the organizer JIVE Production. Dr. Dre was scheduled to perform live at the Bexco building in Busan on Nov. 2 and at the Kintex center in Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province, on Nov. 3.
