Posco Holdings said Sunday it has completed the construction of a new secondary battery recycling plant at the Yulchon Industrial Complex in South Jeolla Province. GS Engineering and Construction will completely rebuild its apartment complex in Incheon after an underground parking lot collapsed in April due to poor construction.
