They are the highest building to sit in the planned new town of Byeolnae bearing the company’s premium Hillstate brand.

Though not categorized as an “apartment,” the Stayone complex is registered as a residential facility. The acquisition tax for the buyer is set high at 4.6 percent, but it requires less qualifications to apply for the sale compared to apartment buildings.

The buildings are also designed with green architecture aimed to reduce energy usage and greenhouse gases.

The complex is located adjacent to the future Byeolnae Station, the subway stop to be opened in 2023. When it opens, it is expected to take some 20 minutes to reach Seoul’s Jamsil.

Byeolnae New Town, now in its seventh year of establishment, is planned to house some 26,000 homes, surrounded by Bulamsan and Suraksan.

The first and second floors of the Hillstate complex will be filled with commercial facilities, while the entirety of the buildings will have central energy management systems and smart security devices.

Residents will be able to move in once construction is complete by August 2021. (khnews@heraldcorp.com)
