[South Korea’s leading engineering and construction firm Posco Engineering & Construction has opened the second round of sales for a premium residential estate in Clark, the Philippines, after a successful first round last year.

The Sharp Clark Hills offers the benefits of a natural environment and heightened security. 

South Koreans recognize Clark as a vacation spot that is relatively close to Korea, where they go to enjoy golf and other leisure sports. In recent years, it has risen as a place to live or to invest in real estate.

“Clark in the Philippines has fresh and clean air thanks to its natural surroundings, but is also a perfect place to teach young children English,” said a Posco E&C official.

The Sharp Clark Hills comprises five buildings of condominiums, each with up to 21 floors and one basement floor. The types of houses include units with two to four bedrooms, as well as a pent house. 

Other facilities inside the complex include a fitness center, a sauna, an infinity pool, a business center, a library, a cafeteria and a putting green. 

A model house of The Sharp Clark Hills is located in Seocho-gu in Seoul.
