[Weather] Cold air hits Korea

The coldest air so far this season is expected to arrive Thursday morning, while clear skies with low fine dust level will be seen nationwide.

Temperatures in Seoul early Thursday are to dip to minus 3.4 degrees Celsius, Daejeon minus 2.3 C, Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province, minus 10.5 C and 4 C in Busan. Inje, Gangwon Province, is forecast to have the coldest weather in Korea, recording minus 12.3 C in the morning.

The air is to remain chilly throughout the day, with highs of 2 to 5 C.

There will be more clouds gathering before rain starts tomorrow, with a chance of snow in northern regions of Gangwon Province.
