Singapore national dishes at Millennium Seoul Hilton

Millennium Seoul Hilton’s all-day-dining and international buffet restaurant, Cafe 395, has added two signature dishes of Singapore -- Bak Kut Teh and Laksa -- to its menu.

Bak Kut Teh is a pork rib dish simmered in an aromatic broth of herbs and spices and slow-cooked to tenderness. Laksa is a popular spicy noodle soup with a base of spicy curry or tamarind with rice vermicelli and topped with chicken, prawns or fish.

Cafe 395 uses fresh market-to-table ingredients for the Singaporean cuisine, which is heavily influenced by the cultures of its surrounding neighbors China, Malaysia and India. The buffet with Bak Kut Teh and Laksa is 94,000 won for lunch and 99,000 won for dinner.

Afternoon tea at Grand Ambassador Seoul

Grand Ambassador Seoul’s Lobby Lounge and Deli is offering a promotion of afternoon tea sets between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. through the end of the year.

The dessert set includes assorted desserts like opera cake, hazelnut cream eclairs, macaroons, scones and mini sandwiches. There are 10 different tea selections, including Darjeeling, English breakfast, Earl Grey, strawberry and cream, soft pitch and vital grapefruit.

Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel

Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel will present an elegant bride-themed wedding fair at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 3. The fair will feature a model bride who will undergo the whole process of a wedding, from preparations in the morning through the wedding receptions.

Guests can get a close look at the latest trends in wedding dresses and sample set menus following the wedding show. Consultation is also available.

The Grand Ballroom on the sixth floor, which can accommodate up to 500 people, will be decorated with white and green ornaments, while rooms on the eighth floor, including an outdoor garden and terrace, will be adorned with different colors.

Premium wedding at Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel

Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel is offering a wedding package to accommodate up to 600 guests.

The wedding package features meticulous programs organized by professional consultants, with flower decorations and a course menu prepared by the hotel’s head chef.
