The Airport Express said on Sunday it will launch a monthly train service designed to provide romantic day trips to single men and women who want a relationship.

Dubbed “Airport Express of Love,” this train will make a round trip from Seoul Station to Incheon’s Yongyudo beach with potential dates.

Those wanting to come aboard can sign up at http://arex.couple.net and provide some personal details (name, age, education level, etc.) and a short bio.

Selected participants will be asked to pay a fee of 80,000 won ($70) for the train ride and the 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. matchmaking program.

Matchmaking company JoyHunting is jointly conducting the event and will help guarantee the participants’ credentials.

The trip will allow each participant to spend one-on-one time with six different partners.

Lunch, which is not included in the participating fee, is to be split between the men and women.

The trains are scheduled for Saturdays Aug. 20, Sep. 24, Oct. 22, Nov. 19 and will culminate on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24.

The final train on Christmas Eve is anticipated to garner heated attention, as Christmas in Korea is known to be more geared towards couple dates than family feasts.

The AE said it is considering a similar train targeting foreigners residing in Korea.
