A decade of excellence at Park Hyatt Seoul


Park Hyatt Seoul is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a dining promotion at Cornerstone. A five-course lunch and dinner menu featuring 10 of the restaurant’s most beloved signature dishes will be served. Appetizers include fresh octopus salad and olives, lobster ceviche, oxtail mushroom terrine, seared crabcake, Mediterranean seafood soup, and more. Main dishes include oven-roasted beef entrecote, horse steak tagliata and New Zealand rack of lamb. For dessert, strawberry fritters topped with warm chocolate sauce will be served. Available until the end of April, the menu is priced at 140,000 won per person or 210,000 won with wine. Park Hyatt Seoul is also offering a limited quantity of premium Champagne gift sets, specially labeled to celebrate the hotel’s anniversary. Price per bottle is 125,000 won. Family dining at The Ritz-Carlton Seoul


The Ritz-Carlton Seoul is providing a family promotion in celebration of May, the month of family. On May 5, Children’s Day, a Native-American themed event will take place at the outdoor terrace of The Garden. Restaurant staff will dress up as Native Americans and participate in face-painting and cotton candy-making with children. Prices are 100,000 won per adult and 60,000 per child. In addition, Oksan Buffet is offering a family promotion for the month of May, featuring kids’ favorites such as shrimp in mayonnaise, mini burgers and chicken wings as well as a healthy range of Korean cuisine. Prices range from 75,000 to 79,000 won. A special menu will be available on May 5, along with a teddy bear exhibition for children to enjoy. Prices range from 39,000 won to 90,000 won. Lucky draw event at Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Pangyo


Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Pangyo is hosting a number of promotions in celebration of the first anniversary of its opening. During the month of April, all guests will be able to participate in a lucky draw event with 30 different prizes, which include vouchers for three-day stays at the Marriott chains in Bali, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur. The winners will be announced on the hotel website on April 30. On April 29, the hotel restaurant will be offering lunch and dinner buffets at the reduced prices of 39,000 won and 45,000 won, respectively. Unlimited wine and beer will also be available to enliven the celebration. Also provided are special overnight packages, which include a breakfast buffet for two, bottle of wine and a 50,000-won voucher that can be used at the hotel cafe and bar. Cotton candy and balloons at Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo 


Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo is offering a series of promotions in celebration of May 5, Children’s Day. At the Surache Dining restaurant, a special menu will be available for children. They will also be able to cook some of their own dishes and make cotton candy. A hot dog station will be open for the occasion, while a balloon artist will hand out animal-shaped balloons. Mini burgers, pizza, beef patties, chicken nuggets and potato tornadoes will be added to the menu. Desserts include churros with chocolate dip, Belgian chocolate bonbons and cupcakes topped with Philadelphia cream cheese. Lunch will be available from 11:45 a.m. to 1:20 p.m. and from 1:20 to 2:45 p.m. Dinner will be available from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and from 7:30 to 21:30 p.m. Price is 55,000 won per person for both lunch and dinner. Award-winning chef’s menu at Grand Hyatt Incheon


Grand Hyatt Incheon’s Restaurant 8 is presenting a special dining promotion with chef Eunbi Kim, who recently came in second at the world competition of the Disciples Escoffier Young Talent Trophy Asia. It is the first time a young Asian chef has ranked in the esteemed culinary championship. From April 20-30, the restaurant will be presenting authentic French cuisine prepared by the talented chef. A four-course menu of Kim’s signature dishes will be served, including braised duck a l’orange, an elegant cream of asparagus, roasted pork loin a la Flamande and sweet coffee panna cotta. Restaurant 8 is a fusion restaurant that features a unique mix of both Western and Eastern cuisine.
