The children enjoyed activities at each of seven “booths” that the airline company set up within the airport. They were sent on missions to explore the airport railways, airfields and other facilities, as well as to participate in airport services like getting their passports issued, checking in and exchanging currency.
Thirty-two Singapore Airlines employees joined the event, including executives and the branch manager, who volunteered to look after the children while parents enjoyed a musical and meal offered by the airline.
“Like last year, I had another meaningful experience doing volunteer work with fellow employees,” said Singapore Airlines branch manager Sia Nam Kung. “As pioneers in this line of work, we will continue to lead the culture of sharing in the future.”
