EPS, a private language school, and ROKING KOREA, a magazine publisher, have organized a youth camp called the Conflict Consortium Summer Camp. The camp began last Friday and runs to Sunday at the Korea Learning Resort in Gyeonggi Province.

The camp aims to provide teens with leadership skills and improving their understanding of social conflicts and the ability to resolve them.

The University of Colorado initially ran the leadership camp.

Lyman McLallen, an English professor from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, and Heidi Burgess, a sociology professor from University of Colorado, gave special lectures to around 100 middle and high school students.

The camp programs were all run in English and 10 U.S. university students participated in the three-day-camp as mentors.
