The hotel has appointed Jeon Ha-ryong as its new executive chef of its Chinese restaurant, YUE. Prior to joining the hotel, he built his career in deluxe hotels in Seoul specializing in Chinese and Asian cuisine. From Mar. 4 to Mar. 31, Chinese chef Qingquan Lin will offer authentic Cantonese dishes at the hotel’s restaurant Chee Hong. Especially for the upcoming event, Chef Lin is featuring delicacies such as braised abalone and sea urchin roe, black moss-steamed chicken with mushroom and vegetables, and steamed shark’s fin with green laver sauce. The hotel’s international buffet restaurant, the Brasserie, holds an “Asian Food Festival” from Feb. 21 to Mar. 31 on weekdays. Delicacies from countries such as Hong Kong, Thailand and India will be presented during the festival.
